Will this 'State of the Market' hold?

Earlier this week David Banister wrote a very interesting 'State of the Markets' address... and if you haven't read it, correct that mistake asap here:
In it he makes some pretty bold claims, but they're supported with solid analysis. He looks at the metals, indices, and most importantly the IBD 100!

BTW, Banister's claims don't conflict with my bullish views of the precious metals. His is a short term forecast that will give us another excellent entry point.
