The Unhappy Consumer
July 14th 2008 22:40
If you run a retail business, you know that more and more people are internet savvy. They shop online, research products and benefits, and you hope, use that information to visit your store ready to buy. If in your dealings with the public, you have a complaint resolve it quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer, otherwise you may find your marketing undone by websites like Pissed Consumer
I wrote a piece at The Landfair Retail Focus that highlights one furniture retailer's woes since the first of the year. Make sure your business is not mentioned on this website. If it is, make sure the record is corrected and complaints don't find their way to the Pissed Consumer. You have it in your power to resolve most complaints before they ever reach this stage.
