Is It Over for WAMU?

Mike Shedlock has an image of the rate for credit default swaps on WAMU and guess what, the rate is about the same as Bear Stearns before it was bought out. The stock did not fare well this week, down 35% to $3.84! (See chart)
Isn't it odd that WAMU was not included in the SEC list forbidding short sales? Where's the love?
Looking at Shedlock's image, CIT Group doesn't look too healthy either.
How about Wachovia? The chart looks like a lot of short covering. (See chart)
